Age: Apparent age is early 20s. Actual age is about 500 years old.
Personality:
- Massive troll. Viktor loves taunting and teasing and generally getting a rise out of people.
- Extremely curious, loves seeking after new thrills. He has extremely eclectic tastes, which shift according to his mood, but in general, he tends to view life or lack thereof as the pursuit of entertaining experiences.
- Flippant and irreverent toward tradition, customs, religion, other's people's opinions. Really just everything. He makes being flippant a lifestyle.
- Fabulous clothing.
- Can be surprisingly disciplined or devoted however, to a master or a cause he finds worth taking up. The latter are less due to any particular moral compulsion than out of a sense of it being interesting.
- Hipster vampire asshole. What else is there to say?

History: Grandson of the infamous Vlad Dracula III, the Impaler. After the death of Vlad III, his branch of the lost all hope of regaining the title of Voivode over Wallachia, to say nothing of the fact that his eldest son lived in Hungary. Vlad IV was a minor noble, and Vlad V inherited that modest position. He trained to enter knighthood, though not for any sense of duty or piety. Vlad V hungered for glory, for the position of Voivode, and for women and wine.

As it turned out, a curse had been placed on the bloodline of Vlad the Impaler, after he razed a mosque full of worshippers, including children, to the ground, and butchered its inhabitants. The curse was placed by a wrathful angel, and was such that any descendant of Vlad III that took a life in battle would not be granted to rest of death. Years later, Vlad V would fight for Hungary against the Ottoman Turks in the Battle of Mohacs; a crushing defeat in which Vlad V would lose his life.

As per the terms of the curse, Vlad V rose from the dead as a blood-drinking demon, and terrorized the Balkans for years; ironically, he may have been some of the inspiration for the Dracula legends. Eventually he was subdued and bound by summoners of the Holy Roman Empire. Not knowing his actual identity, they asked for his name, and Vlad provided the alias that he currently goes by. Over the following centuries, he was passed around in the service of many summoners, until, in the present day, he found himself in service to the Yatagarasu.

Abilities: Viktor is a vampire. He's supernaturally strong, fast, and tough. He can regenerate from nearly any injury. He can turn his body into a fine mist. He can sprout claws from his fingers for combat. He can recover his own strength by drinking blood, which he requires to maintain his corporeal form. If he dies he's normally sent to whatever the hell spirit world SMT has, hell if I know. He is ridiculously handsome, baby.
